My project showed me things that seem difficult really CAN be easy, and cost-effective! But I don't understand, after all these (15 or more) years that nitrogen inflation for tires has been available in so many urban areas, why it is that I cannot find a tire service center, car dealership, or mechanic shop locally who offers nitrogen to inflate tires. |

Here's my cost in actual dollars & cents, for my 31 tires ─
* Cost of gas only (cylinder full & rental fee) - I
paid $1.58 per
tire
* Total cost of equipment kit and
gas - I paid $7.10 per tire
It was well-worth it ─ my equipment kit can be used over and over
again. And, actually I paid less per tire than some businesses charge
for nitrogen-inflation service. I'm prepared now for any future
inflations. After all, nitrogen tire inflation won't help if you run over a nail....
